At Journey Abroad Advisory, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality immigration and relocation services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which a refund may be granted.

1. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of immigration consulting, most of our services are based on time and expertise rendered. Therefore, fees for the following are generally non-refundable:

  • Initial consultation and assessment fees
  • Service packages where work has already commenced
  • Government or third-party application fees (e.g., visa, medicals, translations)

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following conditions:

  • If you cancel your application before document submission begins
  • If a service has not been initiated within 7 days of payment
  • If an error is made on our part that affects service delivery

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please email us at info@journeyabroadadvisory.com with your full name, invoice number, and reason for the request. Our team will review the case and respond within 7 working days.

4. Discretionary Refunds

All refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Journey Abroad Advisory. We assess each case individually and reserve the right to reject a refund if the request does not meet the stated conditions.

5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method or a bank transfer. Processing may take 7–14 working days depending on the financial institution.
